If you accidentally bought a ticket with the wrong discount, you can exchange it at our sales point no. 6 no later than 1 hour before the bus departure for a domestic public regular transport route and no later than 2 hours before the bus departure for an international regular transport route for the same departure, in which case you only change the discount parameters.
If you come to the ticket counters of AK Split, you may request a ticket refund in accordance with Article 5.1 of the General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sales of Autobusni kolodvor Split d.o.o., which refer to Article 23 of the General Terms and Conditions for Performing Bus Station Activities.
Article 23 – General Terms and Conditions for Performing Bus Station Activities:
“AK Split undertakes, upon request of a passenger who cancels their trip, to refund the amount paid for the ticket, reduced by 10% of the ticket price as a handling fee, without refunding the station service fee and seat reservation fee, provided that:
- the passenger contacts the complaints desk at AK Split no later than 1 hour before departure for domestic scheduled transport,
- the passenger contacts the complaints desk at AK Split no later than 2 hours before departure for international transport.
After the expiration of the above deadlines, the complaints desk will direct the passenger to submit their request directly to the carrier.
The provision of paragraph 1 of this Article also applies in the following cases:
- if the carrier cancels a scheduled departure, in which case the refunded amount will not be reduced by 10%, and the station service fee, seat reservation fee, and platform ticket will also be refunded;
- if the carrier reports a delay of 30 minutes or more compared to the scheduled departure.
This provision applies exclusively to tickets purchased at AK Split ticket counters.
Passengers have the right to exchange their ticket for another departure with the same carrier if they contact the complaints desk at AK Split no later than 1 hour before departure for domestic transport and no later than 2 hours before departure for international transport. In this case, they are not entitled to a refund of the station service fee, seat reservation fee, or platform ticket.”

. The procedure is carried out in accordance with Article 5.2 of the General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sales of Autobusni kolodvor Split.
Article 5.2 – General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sales:
“In the event that the user does not wish to request a refund at the ticket counters of Autobusni kolodvor Split, they may contact the staff of Autobusni kolodvor Split, who will process the request on their behalf.
In this case, requests must be submitted in writing exclusively via email: [email protected].
Requests can be submitted to the above email address only during the working hours of the Customer Service Department, from 6:00 to 22:00 every day. Outside of these hours, ticket refunds can only be processed in the manner described in Article 5.1 of these General Terms.
The user is required to provide the ticket or their identification code (purchase confirmation) received after completing the payment.
In the case described in Article 5.2, refunds are processed in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for Performing Bus Station Activities. Autobusni kolodvor Split undertakes, upon request of a passenger who cancels their trip, to refund the amount paid for the ticket, reduced by 10% of the ticket price as a handling fee, without refunding the station service fee and seat reservation fee.”

On the website www.ak-split.hr, users can buy tickets for scheduled passenger transport online. With each purchase online, the user agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales Online, the General Terms and Conditions of Performing Station Activities of the Split Bus Terminal, and the General Terms and Conditions of Transport for the Selected Carrier.
A user who has purchased a ticket online at www.ak-split.hr and has received it by email is required to print it out and can use it to board the bus. A user who has purchased a ticket online at www.ak-split.hr if, when selecting the ticket type, it is indicated that the ticket must be collected at the station ticket office is required to collect it at the Branch ticket office with a purchase confirmation and transaction number. If the ticket is sent to the user via email, it cannot be collected at the ticket office.
In the case of return tickets, the user is required to book a return trip in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Transportation of the selected carrier.
When purchasing a ticket for a destination that includes crossing one or more borders, the user is required to have a valid travel document.
Mastercard, Maestro and Visa cards of all issuing banks.
A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased during one transaction.
Request information about seat reservations for a return ticket purchased in Spit when you buy the ticket if you buy it at the ticket office, or if you bought the ticket online, ask our employee for this information when picking up the ticket.
